Berths in Barcelona - significant price reductions

Burgess has been instructed to announce further significant reductions to the asking prices for two berths, 80m and 50m in length, in Port Forum Marina in Barcelona.
The 80m berth, F1, was initially brought to market asking EUR 4,200,000. That has subsequently been reduced to EUR 1,250,000 and, following the most recent reduction, this 80m berth based in a modern full-service marina is now asking EUR 495,000.
The 50m berth, F9, was asking EUR 400,000 but is now on the market for EUR 275,000. Both leases run until June 2030.
Owning a berth on a long-term lease creates a fixed base that is always available. It allows owners, guests, captains and crews to take advantage of a number of marina services, making life easier and enabling greater efficiencies in the running of the yacht.
Port Forum itself is positioned just 15 minutes northeast from the centre of Barcelona, 20 minutes from El Prat international airport, with excellent transport connections for shipped spares. Over 80 CCTV cameras and a permanent security division provide 24/7/365 surveillance. No pilot is required for entry, shore power is three-phase up to 600A and in-berth bunkering and black and grey water pump-out are available.
There are storage facilities, dry storage for tenders and watertoys, secure covered parking on site and high speed fibre-optic WiFi enables worldwide communications. For crew comfort there is a beach club on site, a nearby beach, sports facilities and a selection of restaurants, shops and watersports activities.
